In summer, children can pet and feed our many loving animals. At the farm, chickens, cats, goats, rabbits, ducks, cows, and calves frolic. Some of the animals spend the summer at our Prechtlalm. They also look forward to being visited and pampered. In winter, you can visit our dairy cows and many newborn calves in the barn.

You will receive the Flachau Card free of charge upon your arrival. This includes a weekly program for the whole family (in summer), a discounted entrance to the Therme Amadé (about 20%), as well as further discounts for great attractions in and around Flachau.

As a guest at Prechtlhof, you will receive the Guest Mobility Ticket, which allows you to use all public transport from your arrival in the SalzburgerLand.

For the rental of bicycles or ski equipment, you will receive a 10% discount as our guest at Intersport in Flachau.

The 12 Peaks Adventure Card connects the top summer mountain lifts of the 12 Peaks region in one card. It allows guests unlimited access to all cable cars in the 12 Peaks region during the validity days – including multiple use of the cable cars in one day possible – 20% discount with the Flachau Card.

You can purchase the SalzburgerLand Card online. It offers numerous free or discounted attractions throughout the Salzburger Land for your summer vacation.

With sufficient snow, our children's toboggan run ensures cheerful laughter and winter tobogganing fun – a pleasure that small guests enjoy during their winter holiday an the farm!

We are happy to provide cot beds including bed linen and high chairs free of charge for our youngest guests.

• 40% of the room price for cancellations from 60 days before arrival 
• 70% of the room price for cancellations from 30 days before arrival 
• 100% of the room price for cancellations from 7 days before arrival and in case of no-show

In case of an early departure, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 15:00. If you expect to arrive later than 17:00, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00. In case of late arrival or early departure, the total booking amount is to be paid.

The rustic farmhouse parlor is available to our guests for cozy hours. Board games can also be borrowed there.

Comfortably furnished apartments with balcony, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchenette, coffee maker, and kettle, including dish towels, dish cloths, dish tabs, dish soap, baking paper, and trash bags. Please bring your own toiletries.

The final cleaning fee is a one-time charge of € 70.00 to € 90.00 per stay.

Depending on the season and the tasks at hand, our guests are welcome to participate and help out. A special highlight in late summer is to be present during the feeding of the newborn calves.

For longer stays, we offer a laundry service for € 10.00/wash cycle.

The local tax as well as the mobility fee amount to € 3.10 per person and day for all aged 15 and over.

In the main seasons, the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the low seasons, a stay of 5 nights is possible.

We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in our houses. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or in the outdoor area.

Please also remember to pack slippers and farm clothes for the children - so they can discover farm life without worries and snow chains for a safe arrival in the winter months.

As soon as your deposit of € 400.00 per holiday apartment has been received by us, your booking will be confirmed. The remaining amount can either be transferred in advance or conveniently paid in cash upon your arrival. We kindly ask you to settle the costs for our bread service as well as for farm products in cash on the day before your departure.

You have access to a free panoramic parking lot both in summer and winter.

Out of consideration for our guests, bringing pets is not allowed at the Prechtlhof.

All prices are in Euros per holiday apartment for 4 people per night (excluding Sunnseitn – price for 2 persons, Aigenbergblick - price for 6 persons), excluding local tax and mobility fee (€ 3.10 per person per day from 15 years). Each additional person: € 17.00 per night.

Final cleaning: € 70.00 to € 90.00.

Depending on availability, you can purchase and enjoy our delicious homemade products.

For our guests, we provide a daily bread roll service. This is excluded in summer on Sundays and public holidays. Please let us know your wishes by 5:00 PM the day before.

The ski bus stop is located only 300m from the Prechtlhof.

For your summer vacation, a large garden with sunbathing lawn, breathtaking view, hammock, Hollywood swing, grill, playground, trampoline, table tennis, game barn, and pedal tractors is available for free. Every morning you can pick up a breakfast egg from your personal holiday hen.

Not everything always goes according to plan – sometimes a vacation has to be canceled at short notice, started later, or ended earlier. For such unforeseen situations, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.

Our wellness area with biosauna, infrared heat cabin, and relaxation room offers you soothing relaxation during your winter holiday. Open (in winter): Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 16:00 to 20:00.

Free internet is available in the holiday apartments.
